Volunteer Team Mentor

The Job

As a Volunteer Factory Team Mentor you will support those with physical and learning difficulties in RBLI’s Social Enterprise, Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Co. Operating across two locations our manufacturing division includes; signage, wooden products, fulfilment and print and mail services to a wide range of businesses and organisations. This role will involve:

  • Working alongside those with mental or physical disabilities to provide motivation and support
  • Providing a support, encouragement and befriending service to help build confidence
  • Identifying potential welfare needs
  • Undertaking manufacturing and assembly tasks
  • Adhering to relevant RBLI policies, including but not limited to Health & Safety

RBLI needs a range of different skills so everyone can fit in somewhere. I can honestly say it has changed everything for me.
